Slovakia Property Developments s.r.o. is a wholly British owned company based in the High Tatras region of Poprad. Our experience stems from ten years of Travel and Property Management in the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.

Pinewood Valley is the first of three projects planned for the High Tatra mountain region of Slovakia, where our aim is to offer clients a high quality real estate product geared to maximum capital growth.

The main sales agent for Pinewood Valley is Slovakia Property Shop which has offices in Slovakia, Cyprus and the U.K. and was featured on UKTV in November 2006 at the commencement of the Pinewood Valley Development.
